Casting an ideal actress to portray my character wasn't exactly easy; with a character that is aged 19-20 years of age I had to make sure my actress looked perfectly the part. 'Alice' needs to look strong and haunting; with sharp exquisite features and long dark hair. It was difficult finding someone to portray this strange role frankly for a few reasons... I do not actually know of someone that looked that part; was old enough and was willing to lay in a bath for a good few minutes and be filmed. Then it hit me - who better than my sister can play such a strange role? My actress; or sister should I say was absolutely perfect for the role - with long dark hair, strong brown eyes and a distinct jaw line.
