Titling and Credits

The editing of the film opening is now complete after countless hours in Adobe Premiere Pro... The most important thing now was to work on effective titling and credits that would work well with the artistic feel of the film.  I used the titling templates to place the titling over the moving image, then adjusting the timing of it for it to appear then disappear at the right place.  I chose a white colour with a small size of 30 pt. choosing them to appear along with the film's pace.  The whiteness and bright lighting of the film seems clinical in a sense; (to reflect the character's mental state) therefore the white and  thin font worked well with this.  It looks effective as it appears then disappears quickly on screen and matches well with the thriller feel.  I decided to use 'Illusion Productions' as a small distributor to again metaphorically be representative of the plot; enticing the audience and foreshadows the sense of surrealism that is to come in the film being effective for the production.  I though it would be really effective as my actress descends underwater - to have a white fadeout as the Director appears on the screen - leaving the title sequence to be a 'build-up' to the introduction of the Director as my name appears last.
